Bibi Heybat Mosque was rebuilt around 1990, but it’s around 13th century old. Actually, due to some political conflict, it was destroyed in 1936 by Bolsheviks people. Now it’s fully renovated and has tourist every year here, people are so mesmerized by its beauty and culture. So the newly restored mosque has been inspired by classic shirvan architectural school. There are 3 domes and that will probably remind you of the picture of an old mosque.

Minaret Synyk Gala Baku is the only oldest building in entire Azerbaijan. It’s around 1078 -1079 AD and it’s a mosque and today everybody allowed as a tourist. Previously there are two-tier towers in this mosque, but one tower has been destroyer previously in some clash, this is the reason why people call it Synyk-Kala which means “Destroyed Tower”. You can have a tour of any mosque today, but in ancient times, only men were allowed there. The ark of this mosque was lower that is because everyone has to bow his head in front of the most high-value person.

Baku Ferris Wheel, also known as the Baku Eye, is a Ferris wheel on Baku Boulevard in the Seaside National Park of Baku, capital of Azerbaijan. The wheel was built by the Dutch company Dutch Wheels. From the top of the Baku eye you can enjoy the striking view to the Caspian Sea and Baku. The cabinets are clean and tidy, the best thing is you do not have to wait in the queue and usually it is quiet in there. The observation wheel is approx. 200 feet tall. There are 30 cabins capable of accommodating up to 8 passengers at a time. Officially opened in 2014, this 60m amazing big wheel performs attractive light shows after dark. As it spins very slowly, so a ride takes approximately 15 minutes including stops. From 1st to 14th September 2016, Baku Crystal Hall was the venue for FIDE's 42nd Chess Olympiad, where 182 teams from 176 countries participated.
