NATIONAL SQUARE BISHKEK

National Square in Bishkek is one of the famous public gathering spaces. This place has one of the best public parks and during august the whole park filled with so many varieties of flowers. People used to come here in day as well in night even if you ever had a word with locals they will tell you that Bishkek is one of the safest areas to as there is less crime. It’s a good place to hang out with your family and friends mostly at day. 

ISSYK-ATA

Issyk Ata Gorge, located roughly 80 kilometres from Bishkek, is crowned on mountains, which the higher you go, become spectacular alpine meadows. Streams and riverbeds cut through the bottom of the gorge, where you can also discover some waterfalls. However, the most prevalent features in the gorge are the hot springs which is said to have good healing properties that help to treat a number of chronic diseases. There you will find a resort nearby as well as a 2nd – 7th century stone carving of a Buddha healer, further adding to the belief that the spring has real healing powers that were recognized even centuries ago. Issyk Ata Gorge is one of the best places of interest in Bishkek. It’s said that once there was a young woman who bathed in the springs every day and with time while her friends grew old, she remained young, all credit goes to the water’s miraculous powers. There was also an Uzbek shaman that lived as a hermit nearby springs since years, after the death of her family that was well-known for her healing capabilities. The power of the waters and the people living around it has attracted both Turkic nomads and Russian colonialists over the course of history and continue to pull people today.

SUPARA ETHNO COMPLEX

The history of “Supara” is very incredible and unique, because project creation, design, imagination and implementation fully taken care by Tabyldy Egemberdiev – president of Shoro Company. The incredible idea of ethno-complex needs the exclusive use of the natural materials available to the ancestors. When constructing the facilities, material used were stone, wood, clay, straw, reeds, chii and leather. Tabyldy with his wife Janyl, and their innovative team functioned briefly, but constantly, giving spectacular results. Despite to the fact that a lot had to be done by their selves, we can exclaim this is one of the few cases where “all that what was done – was done to the best!”. Do you know that Ethnic complex Supara has the world’s largest yurt, with an area of approx. 350 sq m. The other big yurt named Ordo for different kinds of celebrations, such as weddings, tushoo-toi (child’s first steps), kyz uzatuu (seeing the bride). Besides that, Supara has stone, clay and straw houses, summer guest seats as topchans. Selecting a name for the ethno-complex lasted for almost one year. Well-dressed courteous waiters serve a full range of delicious and original Kyrgyz meals, in comfortably furnished yurts and wooden patio seating. There's a picturesque mountain view from the small dam just behind the complex.

STATE MUSEUM OF FINE ARTS

This place is fully dedicated to Kyrgyz folk art and craft and Russian paintings. This is the part of the most attracted place in Bishkek. So, if you love pure elements of art from ancient time then this is the perfect place for you. State fine art museum has around 18000 exhibited art pieces, all from Greek artwork, sculpture art, and cloth painting. The eye candy of this museum is Kyrgyz embroidery rugs and the modern replicas of famous roman, Greek and Egyptian statues. This museum is in Bishkek city and opens for Tuesday to Saturday around 9 am to 5 pm because most of the museum closed on Monday. 

OSH BAZAAR

At Osh Bazaar, one can buy food products, almost any common household goods, clothes, souvenirs, and even musical instruments. This is one of the biggest markets in Central Asia. This market is a mix of culture and life at the same time. You can purchase aromatic spices here. There are chances that you will never forget this market because of people’s great hospitality. This is the best place to visit during the Bishkek tour. You can find a stall on the south tip of the bazaar. People who are shopaholic will have time of their life. The smell of dried masala will take you back to India. You also have some small conversation with vendors, if you want to because they are sweet.

DORDOY BAZAAR

Dordoy Bazaar, which is also called as Dordoi Bazaar, has been marked as Asia’s greatest marketplace. It’s not like a flea market but a wholesale and retail market of consumer goods dispatched by China. The existence of the market can be dated back to the year 1992. This market has various types of sections, selling various consumer goods and commodities such as clothing, furniture, toys, automotive suppliers and the market’s most selling item which is crockery and bone china cutlery. One can also find occasional produce vendors accommodating the market. After Osh Bazaar this is the most visited market in Bishkek, and yes it is a place that never disappoints.

BOULEVARD ERKINDIK

Boulevard Erkindik is one of the most recognized public places in Bishkek. Here locals love to take a walk in the long streets with herbage all around. Come here at an early morning tour and grab a cup of ice cream from Fresco, Erkindik Boulevard is the typical leisure locale. Regarded as one of the top places to visit in Bishkek, the location is always jam-packed with a wide range of eateries and coffee shops. If you ever come to this magical place, do witness the Musical Erkindik! You will never forget these moments that you had here. THE MANAS SCULPTURAL COMPLEX

The Manas Sculptural Complex was completed in 1981. It is located in Manas Square, Bishkek. The main statue illustrates an ancient hero who is on a magical horse and who kill an evil dragon. Under this statute, there are other statues of the hero's wife and a wise man. This amazingly beautiful square is surfaced in red granite. There are other sculptures of local leaders and fountains on the square. This is a sightseeing spot for tourists, where they roam around the ancient-storied sculptures and grab this all in a travel memory. 

KAS KASU SKI RESORT MOUNTAINS

KAS KASU Ski Resort Mountains has located 35 km from the capital of Kyrgyzstan. You can catch some fresh air, amazing panorama of Big Kyrgyz Range and Chuy valley, for ski overs, there is an option of skiing that will increase your level of happiness, and this becomes your best vacation in Kyrgyzstan. There is a complex where you can see some restaurants, bar, summer cafe, sauna, two conference halls. You can sit on the side of complex and enjoy this as a peaceful day in this fabulous Kyrgyz range. This place considered one of the best tourist spots in Bishkek.  

MARTYRS OF THE REVOLUTION

The Martyrs of the Revolution, which is also called the Statue of War, is a monument that won the 'All-Union Lenin' prize during the Soviet era. The monument includes statues of a woman with socialist warriors behind her that died at the hands of "rich peasants". This monument was made in 1978 and is an example of statues from the Soviet era.

THE STATE PHILHARMONIC CONCERT HALL

The State Philharmonic Concert Hall is in Bishkek, on its front there Manas statue and fountain. This hall is one of Bishkek's landmark. This white building is located in the heart of Bishkek. There are two concert rooms in State Philharmonic Hall. Both of these halls are on the upper floor of the building, where only pipe organ in Bishkek is housed. The main square is in front of the hall and it is also a spot for a meeting. You can enjoy here a typical Kyrgyz opera and ballet theater here.
